Privacy-Preserving KNN Classification Algorithm for Smart Grid

With the development of Internet Things (IOT), outsourcing data and tasks to a cloud server has become popular economical way for small devices with restricted ability. The k-nearest neighbors (KNNs) classification algorithm have been commonly applied medical image classification, abnormal detection, defective product identification, so on. previous privacy-preserving KNN algorithms are based on two servers, which high computational communication costs. In this paper, we design (PPKC) single smart grid. Specifically, each meter control center encrypted their Paillier cryptosystem does some calculation data. We prove that PPKC can protect privacy both meters centers, results also private server. Besides, centers stay offline after uploading experiment demonstrate proposed is more efficient than it obtain almost same accuracy as original KNN, means applicable in IOT.
